【港骐科技】实现城区污水洁净处理，营造和谐人居生活环境
污水处理厂的调试也称试运行,包括单机试运与联动试车两个环节,是其正式运行前必须进行的一项工作,通过试运行可以及时修理和改正工程缺陷和错误,确保处理厂达到设计功能。在调试污水处理工艺过程中,离不开机电设备、自控仪表、化验分析等相关专业的配合,因此调试实际是设备、自控、工艺实现联动的过程。
调试的内容
(1) 单机试运:包括各种设备安装后的单机运转和各处理单元构筑物的试水。在未进水和已进水两种情况下对污水处理设备进行试运行,同时检查水工构筑物的水位和高程等是否满足设计要求
(1) 对整个工艺系统进行设计水量的清水联动试运行,打通工艺流程考察设备在清水流动下的运行情况,检验部分自控仪表和连接各个工艺单元的管道、阀门等是否满足设计要求。
(2) 对各级处理的各个处理单元分别进入要处理的污水,检验各处理单元的处理效果或进行正式运行前的准备工作(如培养化活性污泥等)
(3) 全工艺流程污水联动试运行,直至出水水质达标。此阶段进一步检验设备运转的稳定性,同时实现自控系统的联动。
