1. 产品描述 Description

JY-YT226固井水泥消泡剂是矿物油疏水气相白炭黑及金属皂类消泡剂。对于消除作业中顽固细小泡沫有明显效果，并具有良好的消泡、抑泡和脱气效果。本品分散型好，能很好的分散在水泥中，本品耐酸碱、耐高速剪切，对其他助剂无副作用。主要用于脱除水泥中因各种原因引起的顽固性泡沫。

JY-YT226 cement defoamer is a mineral oil hydrophobic vapor phase silica and metal soap defoamer. It has a significant effect on eliminating stubborn and small bubbles in operations, and has good defoaming, foam suppression and degassing effects. This product has good dispersion and can be well dispersed in cement. This product is acid and alkali resistant, resistant to high-speed shearing, and has no side effects on other additives. It is mainly used to remove stubborn foam caused by various reasons in cement.

4. 使用方法 Instructions

可直接使用或稀释后使用。一般而言，建议添加量为0.01~0.3%即可有效地消除和阻止泡沫的再生，但根据不同的水泥配比及固井要求，具体添加量应通过现场调试确定。

Can be used directly or diluted. Generally speaking, it is recommended that the addition amount is 0.01~0.3% to effectively eliminate and prevent the regeneration of foam. However, according to different cement ratios and cementing requirements, the specific addition amount should be determined through on-site debugging.

5. 包装和贮存及注意事项 Packaging & Storage and Precautions

采用25kg、200kg、1000kg包装或协商包装，室温下密封避光保存，避免长期暴露在极端冷热环境下，产品保质期为1年。
