1. 产品描述 Description

JY-YT227为多种聚醚醇、聚醚改性硅、硅脂等低表面活性物经过先进的乳化工艺制备而成的乳液型消泡剂。该消泡剂在较高的温度下乳液状态稳定，不会造成破乳漂油的现象，特别适合用于高温状态的工况。该产品与同类产品相比具有很强的消抑泡性能。

JY-YT227 is an emulsion-type defoamer prepared through advanced emulsification technology from a variety of polyether alcohols, polyether modified silicones, silicone grease and other low surface active substances. This defoamer has a stable emulsion state at higher temperatures and will not cause demulsification and oil drifting. It is especially suitable for use in high-temperature working conditions. Compared with similar products, this product has strong defoaming and anti-foaming properties.

4. 使用方法 Instructions

可直接使用或稀释后使用。一般而言，建议添加量为0.01~0.3%即可有效地消除和阻止泡沫的再生，但根据不同的水泥配比及固井要求，具体添加量应通过现场调试确定。

Can be used directly or diluted. Generally speaking, it is recommended that the addition amount is 0.01~0.3% to effectively eliminate and prevent the regeneration of foam. However, according to different cement ratios and cementing requirements, the specific addition amount should be determined through on-site debugging.

5. 包装和贮存及注意事项 Packaging & Storage and Precautions

采用25kg、200kg、1000kg包装或协商包装，室温下密封避光保存，避免长期暴露在极端冷热环境下，产品保质期为1年。
