涂层施工过程中影响质量的因素主要有施工环境、涂层的涂覆工艺和涂层的固化工艺等三方面,因此,要达到高质量的涂层效果,就必须从以上三方面进行检查和控制。
(1)施工环境主要包括辊涂室的温度和湿度,还有就是室内的通风循环条件。
(2)涂层工艺主要包括上机涂料的黏度、涂层的层数、涂层的厚度和涂数时辊涂机涂头上各辊与生产线的速比以及辊面质量等多种因素。
(3)固化工艺主要包括热风循环量,热风温度,甚固化温度的曲线设置等因素。
