彩涂钢板的加速气候试验用于评价试样在模拟复杂自然气候环境作用后涂层的耐候性即耐加速老化能力。太阳光谱中紫外线能量虽然只占太阳总能量的4%,但许多材料正是在紫外线区域遭到破坏,因此采用紫外碳弧、阳光碳弧、缸(气)灯等光源辐射,并通过调节温度、湿度及通氧量,可达到与天然曝晒相似的结果。
CB/T13448-2006标准规定彩涂钢板的加速气候试验采用氙灯光源的人工加速老化试验机,并推荐可供选择的“连续光照间断喷水”和“交替光照和黑暗、间断喷水”等两种试验方式。试验应参照表4-15提供的四个试验周期进行,有关试验结果的评价,应按CB/T176695标准《色漆和清漆涂层老化的评级方法》评定涂层的褪色或变色、失光粉化、开裂、起泡、剥落锈蚀等破坏现象。
Accelerated climate test of color coated steel sheet is used to evaluate the weatherability of the coatings after simulating complex natural climate environment. Although the ultraviolet energy in the solar spectrum only accounts for 4% of the total solar energy, many materials are destroyed in the ultraviolet region, so using ultraviolet carbon arc, sunlight carbon arc, cylinder (gas) lamp and other light sources to radiate, and by adjusting temperature, humidity and oxygen flow, can achieve similar results with natural exposure.
CB/T 13448-2006 standard stipulates that the accelerated climate test of color-coated steel plate adopts the artificial accelerated ageing test machine with xenon lamp source, and recommends two alternative test modes, i.e. continuous light intermittent spraying and alternating light and darkness intermittent spraying. The test should be carried out according to the four test cycles provided in Table 4-15. The evaluation of the test results should be based on the CB/T 17695 Standard "Grading Method for Aging of Paint and Varnish Coatings" to evaluate the fading or discoloration, dulling, cracking, foaming, exfoliation and corrosion of the coatings.
