1、 Design Overview

我公司WDR0.5-0.7电热蒸汽锅炉的设计依据TSG G0001-2012《锅炉安全技术监察规程》、TSG G0002-2010《锅炉节能技术监督管理规程》、JB/T10393-2002《电加热锅炉技术条件》和NB/T47034-2013《工业锅炉技术条件》及GB/T16508.1～16508.8-2013《锅壳锅炉》等相关规定。

Our company wdr0 5-0.7 the design of electric heating steam boiler is based on TSG g0001-2012 boiler safety technology supervision regulation, TSG g0002-2010 boiler energy saving technology supervision and management regulation, JB / t10393-2002 technical conditions of electric heating boiler, Nb / t47034-2013 technical conditions of industrial boiler and GB / t16508 1 ~ 16508.8-2013 shell boiler and other relevant regulations.WDR0.5-0.7电加热蒸汽锅炉 0.5吨360KW电阻电锅炉

2、结构、性能、特点（Structure, performance and characteristics）

1、锅炉本体由φ1000×6的锅壳筒体、φ1000×8的前后封头、8个DN200的电热管管座组焊而成。

3、由于锅炉采用电加热，只有锅炉体表散热损失，热效率高达97％以上，彻底实现零污染。
